Leadership Committee

Leadership Development committee seeks to motivate and inspire prospective individuals and organizations interested in air and space science and technology. AFA Hawaii recognizes that strong leadership is required to ensure our nation remains the leader in air and space technology development and application. As such, Chapter 138 supports the United States Air Force in its effort to develop the strong character, discipline, and leadership qualities essential to maintaining the world's greatest air and space force.

This is accomplished through many programs that intersect other AFA Hawaii Chapter 138 initiatives. For example, in education, AFA Hawaii seeks to educate the public on the importance of a strong USAF while simultaneously motivating and inspiring potential future Air Force and aerospace technology leaders. In awards, AFA Hawaii seeks to recognize excellence in air and space disciplines that in turn inspire strong leaders for the present and future.
